ORDINANCE NO. 898 "
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE NAME OF THE PUBLIC WAY LYING BETWEEN
SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 83 NORTH, RANGE 24 WEST OF THE 5TH P. M. IOWA,
AND SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 83 NORTH, RANGE 23 WEST OF THE 5TH P. M.
IOWA, AND WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA.
Be It Ordainced By The City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
as follows:
Section 1. That part of the public way lying within the
present corporate limits of the City of Ames, Iowa, and lying
between Section 1, Township 83 North, Range 24 4est of the 5th
P. M. Iowa, and Section 6, Township 83 North, Range 23 West of
the 5th P. M. Iowa, be and the same is hereby named DAYTON AVENUE.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.

of ordinances be suspended, the third reading be omitted and Ord. No. 898 be
laced on its final passage

that the above and foregoing Ordinance No. 898 was duly and properly passed
at a meeting of the City Council on the 19th day of August, 1958 and published
in the Ames daily Tribune on the 23rd day of August, 1958.
