AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING CURB
GRADES ON CERTAIN STREETS AND AVENUES
IN THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the curb grades on the following
streets and avenues in the City of Ames , Iowa be,
and they are hereby established at the elevations
shown on the plats and profiles now on file in the
office of the City Clerk, which said plats and pro-
files are by this reference made a part of this
Ordinance:
KINGSBURY AVENUE - From Lincoln Way South
to South Second Street.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
n conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after passage and publication
as provided by law.
Passed this lst day of October 1957.

passage of ordinances be suspended, the third reading be omitted and

Mayor Lawlor declared Ordinance No. 875 duly adopted.

that the above and foregoing Ordinance No. 875 was duly and properly
passed at a meeting of the City Council on the 1st day of October, 1957
and published in the Arne s Daily Tribune on the 9th day of October, 1957.
