HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Amending Ordinance 792 (Motor Bus) ORDINANCE NO . 849 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. t/ 9 2-- BY CHANGING THE SECTION OF SAID ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LICENSE FEE REQUIREMENT Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, as follows ; SECTION l : Section �1 of Ordinance No. g Z— is hereby repealed and the following shall hereafter be known as Section of said Ordinance : SECTION License fee . The annual license fee shall be Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per motor bus used, which fee shall be paid in full to the City Clerk before any license is issued. SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this amendment are hereby repealed. SECTION 3 : This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage and publication as provided by law.
