ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. t/ 9 2--
BY CHANGING THE SECTION OF SAID ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING THE LICENSE FEE REQUIREMENT
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, as follows ;
SECTION l : Section �1 of Ordinance No. g Z—
is hereby repealed and the following shall
hereafter be known as Section of said
Ordinance :
SECTION License fee . The annual
license fee shall be Twenty-five Dollars
($25.00) per motor bus used, which fee
shall be paid in full to the City Clerk
before any license is issued.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict with the provisions of this amendment
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 : This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after passage and publication
as provided by law.

passage of ordinances be suspended, the second and third readings be
omitted and Ordinance No. 849 be placed on its final passage.

Mayor Lawlor declared Ordinance No. 849 duly adopted.

at a meeting of the City Council on the 3rd day of July, 1956 and
