ORDINANCE NO. 706
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SIDEWALK
GRADE ON THE WEST SIDE OF KINGSBURY AVENUE IN THE THIRD WARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA:
Section 1. All grade elevations given in this Ordinance shall be
determined with reference to the City Datum Plane.
Section 2. All grade elevations given in this Ordinance are for the
top of the sidewalk on the ;Vest side of Kingsbury Avenue.
Section 3. Sidewalk grade for the West Side of Kingsbury Avenue
South from Lincoln Way 326 feet:
