That Ordinance No. 583 passed February i, 1943, entitled "An ordinance regulating the size of building and other structures, the size of yards, courts, and other open spaces, the portion or percentage of lot that may be occupied, the density of population, the location and use of '-)uildings, structures, and land for trade, industry, resi(jence or other purposes, estab- lishing the boundaries of districts deemed best suited to carry cut the provi- sions of this ordinance, requiring the issuance of buil-7ing permits before the erection, construction, con-%rersion, alteration, enlarge;.nent, extension, rais- ing or moving of any building or structure, defining certain terms, providing for a board of adjustment, providing for a manner of a.-fieridment of this ordin- ance, repealing all conflicting ordinances, anti providing penalty for a violation of its provisions," be and the sarne is hereby amended by amending and changing the official zon- ing map, as arnended in jrdinance No. 675, referred. to in Section 4 and in paragraph (b) of Section 3 of said Ordinance, so as to change and rezone from ­.istrict (residential) to District "D;1 (business am light industry), all of tile following descrlibed property, to-wit: "The North 216 feet of the South 266 feet of the Last 884.4 feet of the West 914.4 feat of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5 in Township 83 North, Range 24 Vy est of the 5th P.
