AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 662, PARTICULARLY SEC-
TIONS 2 AND 4 OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 662.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section 1. That Section 2, "Residential Rate Schedule, " and
Section 4, "Power Rate Schedule, " of Ordinance No. 662 of the
ordinances of the City of Ames, Iowa, are hereby specifically re-
ealed and that the following shall be hereinafter known as Section
2 and Section 4, respectively, of Ordinance No. 662:
"Section 2. Residential Rate Schedule .
One meter rate for residential use. Residential use for the
purpose of this Ordinance shall include only residential prop-
erty under one meter not to exceed two famil.7 residences or
single residences where meals are regularly cooked. in and
served from a common kitchen or lodging furnished for compensa-
tioa to not more than five (5) persons not members of the
family there residing.

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances In conflict
Aerewith, particularly Section 2 and Section 4 of Ordinance No. 662,
are hereby repealed.
Section This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
rom and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
