Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa: That Ordinance No. 609 passed April 1, 1946, entitled "An Ordinance Amending-; Ordinance No. 583, Particularly Section 4 and Paragraph (b) of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 583", be and the same is hereby amended by amending and changing the fifth description of property in Ordinance No. 609 which reads to-wit: All of Shearers Subdivision of Lot 2, Block 42, Third Addition and, by substituting in lieu thereof the following correct description, to-wit: All of Shearers Subdivision of Lot 2, Block 41, Third Addition. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this amendment are hereby repealed. This amendment to Ordinance No. 609 of the City Ordinances of the City of Ames, Iowa small be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
