SECTION 1 OF SAID ORDINANCE.
Re it Ordained by the 01 ty Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section 1. Section. 1 of Ordinance No. 577 is hereby revealed
and the following substituted. therefore:
"Section 1. That the rates to be chars7ed for natural
Jas in the City of Ames, Iowa, for space heating and
all iD
general use as billed from and after May 1, 1943,
are hereby fixed and established as follows:

and after its publication as by law required.

of April 1943 and published in the Ames Daily Tribune on the 21st
day of April 1943.
