Section 25. EFFECT.
That the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be urgent
and necessary for the preservation of public health, peace, and
safety, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force,
April 1, 1943, through March 31, 1944, after its passage and
publication as provided by law.
