BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of AMes, Iowa: Section 1. That, the grade of the tops of curbs on thee. following streets and avenues is hereby established at the elevations shown on the plats and profiles filed in the office of the City Clerk on December 16, 1940, which plats and profiles are hereby referred to, and by sujbh reference are made a part hereof. Twelfth Street from the east line of Grand Avenue to the west line of Wilson Avenue. 31 ft. wide. Eleventh Street from the east line of Kellogg Avenue to the west line of Douglas Avenue. 31 ft, wide. Wilson Avenue from the north line of Fifth Street to the south line of Sixth Street. 23 ft. wide. Oakland Street from the east line of Highway Avenue to the west line of Franklin Avenue. 25 ft. -wide. Franklin Avenue from the south line of Woodland Street to the sout dine of Oakland Street. 31 ft: .wide. Woodland Street from the west line of Forest Glen to the east lire of Franklin Avenue. 31 ft, wide. Maxwell Avenue from the north line of Ninth Street to the south line. of Thirteenth Street. 31 ft, wide. Forest Glen from the north line of West Street to the south line "n Woodland Street. 25 ft. wide.. Walnut Avenue from the South line of Lincoln Way to the north line of South Third Street . 31 ft, wide. East Sixth Street from East line of Crawford Avenue to East line o Underwoodfs Addition. 31 ft. wide-. Briarwood place. 25 ft. wide. North and South alley in Block. 9, Original Town from the. north tin of Fifth Street to the south line of Sixth Street. 16 ft. wide. East and crest alley in Block 18, Blairfs Addition from the west line of Burnett Avenue to a point 8;f east of the west line of Lot 9. 16ft. wide. Main Street from the east line of Duff Avenue to the east line of Lot 3, Block 40, Second Addition. 41 ft, wide. Widen pavement with concrete, five feet on each-"Isids Burnett Avenue from the north lime of° Fifth 'Stree't to the south line of Sixth Street. Douglas Avenue from the north line of Fifth Street to the south line of Sixth Street. Gaskill .give from_ the present curb line of Country Club Blvd. to the South corporate limits. 31 ft. wide. Friley Road from East line of Gaskill .Drive to East corporater limits*' 31 ft. wide. 1, f -2- Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby repealed. Section 3.
