Section 1. That the sidttalk grades on the following -streets and avenues be and the same are hereby established at the elevation shown on the plate and profiles filed in 'the office of tho 01ty , Qierk-on July 22, 1938, which plats and profi7,66 .are -hers#fir ice re to and by such reference made a part hereof; North side- of Oakland Street, f rom a point 93.5 feet east. of 1-4 way Avenue, t o Franklin Avenue, and eouth side of Oakland,8tr`eet from Highway Avenue to Franklin Avenue, East side of Franklin Avenue from Woodland Avenue to Oakland Avaag4 . and west side of Franklin Avenue from Woodland Avenue,"to noxt1i line of Oakland Avenue.
