Chambers of City Hall , 515 Clark
Avenue, Ames, Iowa , to consider a
proposed amendment to the Official
Zoning Map of the City of Ames,
Iowa, by changing the boundaries of
the districts as shown on said map
as prodded in Section 29. 1507 of the

Municipal Code of the City of Ames,
Iowa , as follows : That the follow-
ing described real estate, generally
located at 2212 Oakwood Road , is
proposed to be rezoned by ordinance
from Agricultural ( A ) to Suburban
Residential Low Density Floating
Zone ( PS- RL )
Deal Estate Description . Parcel
in the Southwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter, Section 16, Town-
ship 83, Range 24, west of the 5th
P. M . , City of lames, Story County,
Iowa , Instrument No . 2020-06637,
and adiacent Oakwood Road right-
of-way. You are hereby notified that
the proposed ordinance making such
a change is on file in the Office of
the City Clerk. Any parties in inter-
est and citizens may appear at the
June 11 , 2024, Council meeting to
testify for or against the proposed
ordinance . written testimony will
also be accepted .
