LEGAL NOTICE
You are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa,
will meet at February 13, 2024 at 5:15pm, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 515
Clark Avenue, Ames, Iowa, to consider a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning
Map of the City of Ames, Iowa, by changing the boundaries of the districts as shown on
said map as provided in Section 29.1507 of the Municipal Code of the City of Ames,
Iowa, as follows:
That the following described real estate, generally located at 102 and 116 Hyland Avenue,
is rezoned with a Master Plan from Residential High Density (RH) to Neighborhood
Commercial (NC) with the O-(UIW) West University Impact District.

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE WEST 100 FEET OF SAID SUBLOT 9;THENCE S

the Office of the City Clerk. Any parties in interest and citizens may appear at the
