AN ORDINANCE 94ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 389 RELATING AND REGULATING ON THE
FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK, COMMONLY KNOWN AS SUNDAY, THEATRICAL SHOWS, AND EXHIB—
ITIONS, VAUDEVILLE SHOWS AND EXHIBITIONS, MOTION PICTURE SHOWS AND EXHIBITIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section I Ordinance No. 389 of the City of Ames, Iowa,
be amended by striking out the following words "between Duff Avenue on the
East and Grand Avenue on the Test" from the last two lines thereof.
Section 2. Any Ordinance or part of an ordinance in conflict herewith
is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law and
shall be in full force and effect from and after such publication.
Passed this 4th day of December, 1933.
