Note Regarding 2105 Dayton Avenue Rezoning
I had noticed when getting ready to send the necessary documents to get recorded that there were
two addresses listed. The addresses listed on the Zoning Agreement were 2105 & 2421 Dayton
Avenue. I was only notified that the rezoning was for 2105 Dayton Avenue, therefore only 2105
Dayton Avenue was listed on all of the noticing and the ordinance.
I asked Planning and Housing Director, Kelly Diekmann about the difference in address and he
stated that 2421 Dayton Avenue was a vacant lot and he was not worried about the notices not
indicating that address.
