The developer is requesting Rezoning to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) with a Major Site
Development Plan and Preliminary Plat for 2098 West 1901h Street:
The Planning and Zoning Commission took action on the above-described request at the meeting held on
January 19, 2022.
The City Council will be taking action on the above-described request at the meeting scheduled for
February 22, 2022.
