SUBJECT: Rezoning of property located at 525 SE 16th Street

The intent is to rezone the property Highway Oriented Commercial (HOC).
The Planning and Zoning Commission took action on the rezoning request at the meeting held on
Wednesday, January 19, 2022.
The City Council will take action on the rezoning request at the meeting scheduled for February 22,
2022.
The labels for the 200' notification are attached.
A copy of the map and the commission action form for the area under consideration is attached.
The legal description for this rezoning request is attached.
