The intent is to rezone the property Intensive Industrial (II).
The Planning and Zoning Commission took action on the rezoning request at the meeting held on
Wedwesday, December 1-5 2021.
The City uncil will take action on the rezoning request at the meeting scheduled for January 11, 2022.
The labels for the 200' notification are attached.
A copy of the map and the commission action form for the area under consideration is attached.
The legal description for this rezoning request is being sent as a separate attachment.
