tice to the property owner stating
the basis for the decision of revo-
cation or suspension,the effective
date of the revocation or suspen-
sion,the right to appeal the deci-
sion,and the procedure for filing
an appeal. Any notice of suspen-
sion must include information
about possible corrective action
and time for compliance,as appli-
cable.
(c)Upon revocation of the reg-
istration,the dwelling unit or par-
cel described in the registration is
ineligible to receive another regis-
tration pursuant to this code for
one year from the date of revoca-
tion.
