Kelly just handed me a copy of Ordinance 4421, rezoning the property at 2200 Oakwood Road. It looks like it has the
wrong Real Estate Description. It has the information for the recent Integrated Site Plan for the Burgie's on Stange Road.

It's actually the same property as that of the development agreement we pulled earlier today. We are also waiting on
some documents for the first addition final plat. I don't anticipate that this will have an adverse effect.
