AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALLEY RUNNING EAST AND ',NEST BETWEEN
HAZEL AVENUE ON THE EAST AND RUSSELL AVENUE ON THE WEST AND INTER-
SECTING BLOCK 11 OF COLLEGE PARK ADDITION AND BLOCK 2 OF READ'S
ADDITION IN THE CITY OF APES, IOTVA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALES, IOWA:
Section 1. That the alley running East and ;"Test between
Hazel Avenue on the East and Russell Avenue on the West and inter-
secting Block 11 of College Park Addition and Block 2 of Read's
Addition in the City of Ames, Iowa, be and the same is hereby va-
cated as an alley.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute in behalf of the City of Ames quit claim deeds
to said parcel of land above vacated to the abutting, property
owners as their interests may appear, subject to any restrictions
that the City Council may impose for the purpose of insuring to
the City any easement, right of ingress or egress, and cost of
conveyance.
Section 3. Any ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.

1932.
