I have a call in to Mr. Lambert to see if that has been completed. Diane Voss, City Clerk/Records Manager P. O. Council doesn't get many thanks for passing ordinances so yours is meaningful and appreciated. It will be in effect once published, which should be by years end. Thank you for your partnership and assistance in accomplishing this ordinance. Happy holidays to you, your family and LMT professional peers. Kindest regards, John A. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the final meetings leading up to last night's approval and adoption of the Ames massage therapy ordinance to convey this in person. Thank you for passing such a meaningful ordinance that doesn't impose unnecessary burdens upon legitimate practitioners in the massage therapy profession. Most of all; I wanted everyone to know how much appreciated the time and work that was put into this, and especially the professionalism and courtesy extended to myself and the others. Myself and the other LMT's who spoke at the workshop and follow up meetings truly felt valued and respected. Have a wonderful holiday season and thank you so much for all that you do for the community!
