tain a Letter of Compliance. The
Property owner Is responsible for
all application requirements for
the exception, registering the
Property,and obtaining a Letter of
Compliance. A Letter of Compli-
ance obtained under this excep-
tion Is not transferable to a new
owner upon the sale of the prop-
