To the Ames City Council,
I strongly encourage you to eliminate the concept of permanent LOC's. There is simply no valid reason
that such items would be transferable.
The entire concept of maintaining a rental cap is to sustain the stability and quality of life in
neighborhoods, to avoid the fluctuations of creating rentals that would inevitably disrupt our
neighborhoods.
Please do not diminish the strength of the rental cap ordinance!
