AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING, THE GRADE OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK
NINETEEN (19) , BLAIR'S ADDITION TO AWES, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA:
Section 1. That the following permanent grade is hereby
established for the alley in Block Nineteen (19) of Blair's Addition
to Ames, Iowa. All elevations given are for the surface of the
. ground or pavement and refer to the City Datum Plane.
Elevation at the South line of Sixth St.
West line of Alley 97, 2
East line of Alley 97
Elevation at the intersection of the best
line of the North and South Alley with
the South line of the East and West Alley 95.50
Elevation of the intersection of the East line
of the North and South Alley with the
North line of the East and West Alley 95.40
Elevation at the west line of Burnett Avenue
South line of Alley 96.10
North line of Alley 96.13
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and publication as required by
law.
