SUBJECT: Rezoning Correction of property located at 3507 South Duff Avenue from "HOC"
(Highway-Oriented Commercial) to "A" (Agricultural)

The intent is to rezone the property back to Agricultural (A).
The Planning and Zoning Commission took action on the rezoning request at the meeting held on
Wednesday, April 18, 2018.
The City Council will take action on the rezoning request at the meeting scheduled or May 8, 2018
The labels for the 200' notification are attached.
A copy of the map and the commission action form for the area under consideration is attached.
The legal description for this rezoning request is:

THENCE SOUTH 150 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NE '/4 OF THE NW %a,THENCE WEST 612.25
FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NE /4 OF THE NW '/4,THENCE NORTH 150 FEET,THENCE
