Tami and myself purchased our property with intent to use until our children
have finished at Iowa State University and then retain property as a rental.
If you pass proposed cap, our only option will be a temporary LOC and then
forced to sell our property.
We are hoping considering grandfathering our property or exclude the west of
Lynn properties from the rental cap is seriously considered.
It is your final decision and a very important one.
