I noticed for Kingland that Council directed the City Attorney to draft the Development Agreement. Do you want that action on next Tuesday's Agenda? It would not be setting the hearing on the Development Agreement or approving same; it would only provide direction to the City Attorney to prepare it. Diane Voss, City Clerk/Records Manager P. O. Charlie was ill and could not attend and Kelly was in but not able to attend, I think he may have had a conflict. I have made several edits to the Barilla CAF, but since there are so many changes I have not made on the one on the T:\drive. I will place on the T:\drive in the morning with a summary of changes. Basically the public hearing and approval of the URA and TIF ordinance will still go on 7/11. Bob Josten's materials included setting the public hearing for the development agreement, that will be delayed to a later meeting. Mark's directions reflect the results of our conversation with Bob Josten. Duane Duane Pitcher, CPA, CPFO Director of Finance City of Ames 515 Clark Avenue P.O. Attorney Robert Josten has prepared and sent me the Ordinance and confirmed that this has to go at the same time that the Urban Renewal Plan is approved and the Area is established. Therefore, after conferring with Mark Lambert, I have put it back on the Agenda. Diane Voss, City Clerk/Records Manager P. O. Box 811 Ames, Iowa 50010 (515) 239-5105
