SUBJECT: Rezoning with Master Plan for 896 South 500th Avenue
Case File ZMA-16-01
The intent is to rezone the property from Agricultural (A) to Suburban Residential Low Density(FS-RL)
and Suburban Residential Medium Density(FS-RM).
The Planning and Zoning Commission acted on the rezoning request at the meeting held on Wednesday,
March 16, 2016.
The City Council will act on the rezoning request at the meeting scheduled for April 12, 2016.
The labels for the 200' notification are attached.
A copy of the map for the area under consideration is attached.
The legal description of the area to be rezoned is:
