Baltimore Drive, and for properties located at 1428, 1429, 1506, 1514, and 1522 Boston
Avenue, from Community Commercial Node (CCN) to Highway-Oriented Commercial
(HOC)

The intent is to rezone the property Highway-Oriented Commercial (HOC).
The Planning and Zoning Commission acted on the rezoning request at the meeting held on Wednesday,
February 17, 2016.
The City Council will act on the rezoning request at the meeting scheduled for MarcSP2016.
The labels for the 200' notification are attached.
A copy of the map for the area under consideration is attached.
The legal description of the area to be rezoned is:
Lots 8,9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 21,22, and 23,all in Eastgate Subdivision,City of Ames, Story
County,Iowa, all together containing 19.23 acres.
