SUBJECT: Rezoning of property located at 5440 and 5442 Grant Avenue from "A" (Agricultural) to
"FS-RL" (Suburban Residential Low-Density)

The intent is to rezone the property Suburban Residential Low-Density(FS-RL).
The Planning and Zoning Commission took action on the rezoning request at the meeting held on
Wednesday, December 16, 2015.
The City Council will take action on the rezoning request at the meeting scheduled for January 12, 2016.
The labels for the 200' notification are attached.
A copy of the map for the area under consideration is attached.
The legal description for this rezoning request is attached.
