The Planning and Zoning Commission took action on the rezoning request at the meeting held on Wednesday,August 5,2015.Presently the developer has no specific building project for the site,although a general project concept for developing the 12-acre site was submitted and reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission. aet /3 The City Council will take action on the rezoning request at the meeting scheduled for ,2015. The labels for the 200' notification are attached. A copy of the map for the area under consideration is attached. The legal description for this rezoning request is: Outlot B, Aspen Business Park First Addition. The property owner is: Scott E. and Jane S.
