The intent is to rezone the property to Residential High Density(RH).
The Planning and Zoning Commission took action on the rezoning request at the meeting held on
Wednesday,August 5,2015.Presently the developer has no specific building Ie stte,a t
a general project concept for developing the 12-acre site was submitted an viewed by the Planning and

The City Council will take action on the rezoning request at the meeting eduled for Au ust 25
