Hi Brian, you filed one application for a zoning amendment to an RH base zoning district for two separate
legally described areas. The petition that we received specified a protest of 205 S Wilmoth changing
zoning districts. There are 46 properties(excluding 205 Wilmoth) within 200 feet of 205 Wilmoth. The
petition had 11 signatures representing 23.8% of the 46 properties within 200 feet of 205 S. Wilmoth.
Due to the distinction of the petition, when Council reviews the rezoning request it will be differentiated
between 205 Wilmoth and the other properties as separate actions.

Is this only for the 205 S. Wilmoth parcel?We assumed there would be 4 different areas calculated—1 for 205 S.
Wilmoth, and 1 for each of the properties in the NE corner that were acquired.As you know,we are requesting
rezoning on all of them.A protest for 205 S. Wilmoth to RH shouldn't require the higher threshold for the rezoning
of the NE parcels for the removal of the overlay.

well as a calculation as to how the percentage of each protesting owner was calculated.

Attached is the 200 foot property notice list for the Rezoning and the protest submitted by the
neighborhood as you requested. The notice list is the letters that were sent out; it does not indicate all
properties in the 200 foot area. We reduce the list based on duplicates in ownership.
