The petition that we received specified a protest of 205 S Wilmoth changing zoning districts. There are 46 properties(excluding 205 Wilmoth) within 200 feet of 205 Wilmoth. The petition had 11 signatures representing 23.8% of the 46 properties within 200 feet of 205 S. Wilmoth. Due to the distinction of the petition, when Council reviews the rezoning request it will be differentiated between 205 Wilmoth and the other properties as separate actions.
