The Planning and Zoning Commission took action on the rezoning request at the meeting held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015. The City Council will act on the rezoning request at the meeting scheduled for October 27, 2015. The labels for the 200' notification are attached. A copy of the map for the area under consideration is attached. The legal description for this rezoning request is: Lot 2 and Lot 3 of Ames Middle School 2003, Plat 3, City of Ames, Story County, Iowa. The property owner is: Dayton Park, LLC, 105 South 16th Street, Ames, IA 50010.
