Real Estate Description: Parcel `H' of Lot 2 as shown on the Plat of Survey recorded as Instrument Number 2008-00002327,of the Seventh Addition Dauntless Subdivision an official plat in the City of Ames,Story County,Iowa,and containing 1.71 acres (74,566 square feet). Section 2: All other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
