SUBJECT: Rezoning of property located at 4710 Mortensen Road from "CCR" (Community
Commercial/Residential)to "FS-RM" (Floating Suburban Residential Medium-Density)
Case File ZMA-14-04
The intent is to rezone the property"CCR" (Community Commercial/Residential) to "FS-RM" (Floating
Suburban Residential Medium-Density).
The Planning and Zoning Commission will took action on the rezoning request at the meeting held on
July 2, 2014.
The City Council will take action on the rezoning request at the meeting scheduled for July 22, 2014.
The labels for the 200' notification are attached.
A copy of the map for the area under consideration is attached.
The legal description for this rezoning request is: Parcel `H' of Lot 2 as shown on the Plat of Survey
recorded as instrument Number 2008-00002327, of the Seventh Addition Dauntless Subdivision an
official plat in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa and containing 1.71 acres (74,566 square feet).
