AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
AMES, IOWA, BY REPEALING SEC-
TIONS 29.1507(2) AND(3)AND EN-
ACTING NEW SECTIONS 29.1507(2)
AND (3) THEREOF, FOR THE PUR-
POSE OF AMENDING THE REVIEW
PROCESS FOR ZONING TEXT AND
MAP AMENDMENT APPLICATIONS;
REPEALING ANY AND ALL ORDI-
NANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINAN-
CES IN CONFLICT TO THE EXTENT
OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND ESTAB-

BE IT ENACTED,by the City Council
THE AMES TRIBUNE for the City of Ames,Iowa,that:
