Real Estate Description: Parcel A A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1/4-NE1/4-NE1/4)AND a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter(NE1/4-SE1/4-NE1/4), all in Section 8 T83N-R24W of the 5th P.M., in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa; described as follows: "Commencing at the Northeast(NE)corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter(SE 1/4-NE 1/4-NE 1/4)of Section 8 T83N-R24W of the 5th P.M.,in the City of Ames, Story County,Iowa;thence N 89'01'39"W,60.03 feet alongthe north line of the said SEl/4-NEl/4-NEl/4, to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing N89'01'39"W, 580.70 feet along the north line of the SE1/4- NEl/4-NE1/4; thence S 00°18'37"E, 837.84 feet along a line parallel with and 25 feet East of the centerline of Wilmoth Avenue;thence N88°29'45"E,558.30 feet(to a point 90 feet normally distant westerly from station 91+92+,just North of an old east-west fence line); thence N 00°50'37" W, 206.59 feet along a line parallel with and 90 feet West of the centerline of State Avenue(to a point 90 feet normally distant westerly from station 94+00); thence N07°41'14"E, 202.24 feet (to a point 60 feet normally distant westerly from station 96+00); thence N00°50'37"W, 406.37 feet along a line parallel with and 60 feet West of the centerline of State Avenue, to the Point of Beginning (point being 60 feet normally distant westerly from station 100+04t, on the old east-west fence line through station 100+04)." Section 2: All other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
