The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of a Master Plan for 321 State Avenue to allow for development of up to 78 dwelling units. The development concept articulated by the applicant is for a new student housing rental development of small individual buildings that differs from traditional apartment type student housing developments. Any parties in interest and citizens may appear at the February 25,2014,City Council meeting to testify for or against the Plan. Written testimony will also be accepted.
