public hearings on two Zoning
Ordinance text amendments to(1)
allow conversion of a former school
building to an apartment dwell-
ing in the Urban Core Residential
Medium Density Zone(UCRM)as a
permitted use and(2)allow higher
residential density if specified in an
Adaptive Reuse Plan approved by
the City Council. These hearings
will occur at 7:00 P.M.on June 25,
