We believe that the approval of this application will negatively impact the Spring Valley neighborhood, for some or all of the following perceived reasons: (1) decreasing the safety and endangering the lives of the residents of and visitors to the neighborhood, (2) increasing the crime level in the neighborhood, (3) decreasing the property values within the neighborhood, and/or (4) reducing the number of potential homebuyers in the neighborhood. We also request the Zoning board of Adjustment encourage Mr.Seaton to establish his business in a non-residential area.
