I would like to be involved in the meeting as well so please copy me on the meeting time and dates Thanks for your help last night in keeping this moving forward!!! No, we don't need anything at this point from Pels or Casey's. On February 17 the PZC will be acting on zoning amendments, which City staff is preparing. We will send Casey's the staff report including the proposed amendments before the meeting, by the end of Friday, February 12 at the latest. 2. Since Elara said that the Minor Site Development Plan has not changed from what was reviewed by the ZBA last fall (and is not likely to change) that we have no need for it this early. However, to expedite a final decision when it is resubmitted, Pels could send one copy of the Plan on the day after the City Council takes action on the zoning amendments. We will do a courtesy review to confirm that there are no issues or contact her if there are questions. 3. The site plan should be resubmitted as a new submittal, with a signed application form, required copies and application fee immediately after the zoning amendments take affect. We will then expedite review and final action based on the revised zoning code. THANKS! Jeff Planner, Department of Planning and Housing e-mail: jbenson@city.ames.ia.us
