The proposed commercial rezoning area is about 5 acres in size and lies between the Coldwater Golf Links driveway and about 300 feet west of the Southwestern most town home building (which is the first one on the left). The owner anticipates constructing additional town homes at some future time between the proposed commercial area and the existing homes. The Planning and Zoning Commission will take action on the above-described request at the meeting scheduled for July 1, 2009. The City Council will take action on the above-described request at the meeting scheduled for July 28, 2009. The labels for the 200' notification are attached.
