The main differences is it updates the process section to note that the consultation was held, that no comments were submitted by the taxing entities, that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that it was consistent with the LUPP, that a new legal description was prepared (a metes and bounds description in addition to the subdivision and plat of survey descriptions, and that there are new maps. This item is scheduled for the City Council meeting of January 13. At that time, the Council will conduct a public hearing and then take action on a resolution adopting the plan, a resolution establishing the urban renewal district and an ordinance creating the TIF district. If the council only does first reading of the ordinance, it will be back two weeks later(January 27) and again if needed in February. Please take a look at the plan and get back to me with any comments. Thank you very much, everyone, for you help in this. We will schedule this for the Planning and Zoning Commission as soon as possible and work to get the preliminary plat and final plat approved prior to final contract approval for the construction of the improvements in March.
