Nope.
It's still on my#1 list of things to do; it's just about fourth on that list! I am planning to get back to working
on the language this week, now that budget is done, but it won't be ready for next week. We can maybe
have it for the first meeting in December; for sure by the second (Dec. 16).
We're also working on the response to Council related to Hayden Park/carp control/phosphorus issues.
That one may be ready to go at the same time.
