Subject consultation on Tuesday
I delivered by hand on Wednesday the packages of information to the Ames board of education, Story
County board of supervisors, and the DMACC board of directors concerning the consultation to be held
on Tuesday at 6:30 PM. Packages also went out by mail that day.
This morning, I followed up with phone calls to the three entities to ask if there were any questions and to
inquire as to how many might be attending so as to know how many chairs to set up.
School board--talked with the secretary who indicated that the superintendent was interested and may
call back.
County board--left a voice mail w/ Ms. Halliburton.
DMACC board--talked with the secretary who indicated that DMACC likely would be sending one or two.
As I hear more, I will share it.
