Here is a location map for the proposed area to be added to the Downtown URA. Andrew or Cindy, could you coordinate on finding this and getting it to Diane? Diane, This will cover the property owners in the new area being added to the existing Downtown URA(and a little more). I believe that is what Doug said is required for this amendment. The legal description for the added area is attached, the same one as the rezoning ordinance. A more customer friendly description of this area would be "Properties on both sides of the 100 and 200 block of Kellogg Avenue, except for 203 Kellogg." When do you need a black and white map of the area? When does the mailing and notice go out? I will be out of the office all day Thursday, Friday morning and all day Monday, but will check e-mail, so let me know what else you need and when you need it, as I know this deadline must be the coming few days.
