and legal publication(from Planning&Housing Dept.)
2. Prepare ordinance (to have on file)
3. Planning&Zoning Commission meeting date
4. 200 ft. notices sent to property owners
5. Publish legal notice (no less than 7 days prior to hearing) (Date Sent)
(need proof of publication from newspaper) (Date Published) T 3- b T
6. Date of hearing and first passage of ordinance
7. Resolution approving Zoning Change Agreement, if necessary(same meeting as first passage of ordinance) A
8. Second passage of ordinance

Special Notes:
*If Petitions for Annexation and Rezoning are received concurrently, the third passage and adoption of
ordinance rezoning the property shall not occur until the letter acknowledging the annexation from the
Secretary of State is received.
