The purpose of this rezoning is to move the dividing line between the A-1 zone and the G-I zone to follow proposed lot lines to avoid zoning a portion of the lots as A-1 and the remaining portion as G-I. The Planning and Zoning Commission will take action on the above-described request at the meeting scheduled for May 16, 2007. The City Council will take action on the above-described request at the meeting scheduled for June 12, 2007. The labels for the 200' notification are attached.
